Business infrastructure for a company that was running orders, invoices and support out of spreadsheets. The hard part was not the CRM; it was making money movement reconcile reliably.

I built the customer-facing checkout flow, the Razorpay webhook handling with retry and idempotency, server-rendered PDF invoices, and an admin console where ops and support manage customers, orders and refunds.
